The parental controls feature, which is built into the set-top-box (STB), lets you restrict access to programs and movies based on the motion picture rating system. Starter package offers good value with a variety of great programming.
9. Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! There are no hidden fees. Your customer service representative will explain all fees up front and calculate your total price for monthly service.

15. What is the local video franchise fee?
That’s a fee paid to our local government for access to various public right-of-ways and the authorization to provide video services locally. Basically, it’s legal red tape that makes it possible for you to watch your favorite shows. Go with it.
16. What is the PEG Grant fee?
The PEG is a fee sometimes charged to support the local government and education channels – in other words, more legal red tape. In our market, the PEG fee may apply.
